I am Rahim Charania, the proud Director and founder of Charania Custom Designed Homes.

I have an extensive background as a partitioner in nursing where I have been working with my hands and people for over 14 years. I have been involved in real estate for over 30 years. Throughout my journey in purchasing real estate and renovating homes to rent or sell, I eventually found myself working with trades on the job site and learning the building code, which led me to pursue my builder license. My passion for working with people and building houses steered my vision to build custom homes.

In 2023, I built my first edition in my own home. I applied my years of experience in working with the trades and applied the knowledge to actually physically taking the steps to complete the process and make any mistakes on my own home before took the steps to building new custom homes for families. My vision is to build custom homes of the highest quality with guaranteed satisfaction and customer service.

 Our team comprised of local trades, who are equally as passionate about the industry as I am. We work closely together to deliver the service we guarantee, as we continue to grow and develope the business.

Charania Custom Designed Homes is also a proud member of the London Homes Builders Association (LHBA) and Association of Professional Builders (ABP) which means we have extensive knowledge, provide you the best service, and share our experiences with you.
